Competition Terms

1. The judge’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All participants in the competition agree to be bound by the competition rules set out herein. 2. In order to be eligible to win prizes in the competition, entrants must complete the survey online 3. Entries will close and the draw will take place on 31 August 2011. 4. The winners draw will take place on September 1 2011. 5. Winners will be randomly selected and will be notified in the following weeks. 6. Electric Ink, Hot Chillee, and Omnico employees, partners, directors, members, agents and consultants, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, business partners and associates, will not be eligible to participate or enter into this competition. 7. Prizes are not transferable and will not be exchanged for cash. 8. The sponsors and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage howsoever arising. 9.
